Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training, some university.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).

Specific Skills: Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced, Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions, Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties

Work Setting: Computer hardware or software retailer/wholesaler

Computer and Technology Knowledge: Windows, Linux, Unix, OS/2, Hardware, Networking software, Networking security , Internet, Security software, Word processing software, Mail server software

Own Tools/Equipment: Computer, Internet access

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail, Sitting

Security and Safety: Bondable

Other Languages: Russian

Other Information: Excellent communications skills and Team Player a must. Scheduled Shifts(8:30am - 5:00pm/or 3:00pm -12:00am/or 4:00am -1:00pm) Totating Schedules, On-calls shifts for weekends. Min 2yrs Experience
