Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training, completed university.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Database software

Specific Skills: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, Prepare and post notices and advertisements, Collect and screen applicants, Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, Review candidate inventories, Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers

Other Information: We are looking for someone who has experience in the Human Resource, Manufacturing or Staffing Industry. Payroll experience is an asset. MUST have strong computer skills.
