Terms: This is a temporary, full time job

Salary: will be $12.50 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: a modicum is required.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Database software, Data entry, Keyboarding, Basic computer skills (will train), General office equipment

Type of Experience: Call centre

Customer Sales and Service Agent Specific Skills: Customer service oriented, Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying), Work with minimal supervision, Process telephone calls

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
