Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working weekends.

Salary: will be $10.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have some high school.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Type of Construction: Residential

Equipment and Machinery Experience: Concrete saws, Mortar and concrete mixers

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Specific Skills: Load, unload and transport construction materials, Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades, Mix, pour and spread materials, Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Safety glasses/goggles

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity

Work Site Environment: Outdoors

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, Valid driver’s licence

Work Location Information: Various locations
