Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $9.50 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: is an asset.

Work Setting: Private sector

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic Mail, Word processing software, MS Word, Spreadsheet software, MS Excel, Inventory control software, Internet browser

Typing (Words Per Minute): 41 - 60 wpm

Specific Skills: Order supplies and equipment, Prepare reports, Send invoices, Receive payments, Store, update and retrieve financial data, Provide information to staff and the general public, Organize and schedule office work, File documents

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Large workload

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory, Finding information, Computer use, Continuous learning
