Terms: This is a temporary, full time job

Salary: will be $12.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Work Setting: Apartment/condominium complex

Specific Skills: Sweep, mop and wash floors, Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen fixtures and appliances, Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, Clean and disinfect elevators

Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Other Information: Must be a hard worker able to work with minimal supervision.
