Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be enefits per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Work Setting: Apartment/condominium complex

Equipment Operated/Used: Power tools

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Own Tools/Equipment: Tools

Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle, Valid driver’s licence

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Critical thinking

Other Information: Will work 40 hours/week PLUS On-Call. Own tools or equipment required. Must be able to work unsupervised. Will perform maintenance in apartment/townhouse setting. Own vehicle required.
