Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed university.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Specific Skills: Co-ordinate work activities with other units, Establish work schedules, Inspect and review for quality control and environmental standards, Plan Projects, Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers

Additional Skills: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies, Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions, Prepare production and other reports, Knowledge of labour relations, Knowledge of preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilites: Fast-paced environment, Handling heavy loads, Attention to detail

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence

Other Information: Looking for a Production Supervisor with 5 years minimum and Batch Process experience; Technical background with paint experience; must be a University Graduate.
