Terms: This is a temporary, part time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $18.00 to $22.00 per hour for a 24 hour week.
Also: group insurance, pension benefits.

Education: The applicant should have some college or technical training.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Professional development program in personnel administration.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic Mail, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Presentation software, Database software, Internet browser

Area of Specialization: Human resources, Training and professional development

Specific Skills: Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs, Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of personnel policies, benefit programs and collective agreements, Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs, Arrange training for staff, Conduct performance reviews
