Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Salary: will be $15.00 to $18.00 per hour for a 45 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have some high school, completed high school.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Work Setting: Park or public area, Golf course, Commercial establishment, Private home, Institution (hospital, school or church), Landscape maintenance

Type of Machinery or Equipment: Tractor, Snow removal truck, Front-end loader, Pick-up truck, Small engine equipment

Specific Skills: Water lawns/gardens, Clear snow (manually, mechanized equipment, truck or scraper), Repair and maintain equipment, Write daily basic progress reports

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Gloves

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Work Site Environment: Outdoors

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, Valid driver’s licence

Work Location Information: Various locations, On-site customer service

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Continuous learning
