Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $11.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training.

Experience: is an asset.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Carpenter Trade Certification.

Area of Specialization: General carpentry, Rough carpentry, Finish carpentry, Specialty millwork/panel systems installation

Specific Skills: Determine specifications and calculate requirements, Prepare layouts, Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join mouldings, wood materials, drywall and plastics materials, Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware, Operate basic cutting and welding equipment, Operate power tools

Additional Skills: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications, Operate CADD systems

Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
