Terms: This is a temporary, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $16.00 to $18.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have some college or technical training.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Excel, Database software, Internet browser

Typing (Words Per Minute): 0 - 40 wpm

Specific Skills: Manage accounts receivable, Manage accounts payable, Prepare bank reconciliations, Conduct credit and collections, Prepare reports, Store, update and retrieve financial data, Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems, Perform general office duties

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
