Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $60,000.00 per year for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed university.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20

Budgetary Responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000

Work Setting: Magazine

Specific Skills: Establish procedures and implement policies, Plan and maintain production schedules, Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, Consult with government regulatory agencies, Review programs and policies to ensure conformance with regulations, Initiate or approve development of articles, books, films, broadcasts, musical recording and theatre productions, Liaise with authors, composers, producers and directors

Additional Skills: Recruit and supervise staff

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Sitting, Large workload

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, Willing to travel cross-border, Willing to travel for extended periods, Willing to travel internationally, Willing to travel overnight, Willing to travel regularly, Travel expenses paid by employer, Public transportation is not available
