Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and weekends. Some overtime will be available.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Certification, 5th Period Apprentice, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Red Seal Certificate, Transport Refrigeration Mechanic Trade Certification, Gas Fitter Certificate - Level 1 or A.

Major Work Area: Installation, Maintenance, Service, Repair, Commercial, Industrial

Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Systems: Rooftop (self-contained), Centrifugal cooling, Air motioning and circulation, Humidification and de-humidification systems

Specific Skills: Perform routine maintenance and servicing, Handle, recover and store refrigerants

Additional Skills: Customer service oriented

Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Driver’s validity license check

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence

Essential Skills: Working with others, Job task planning and organizing
