Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and weekends.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training, completed university.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Certified hotel administrator.

Human Resources Responsibility: 21 - 50

Budgetary Responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000

Work Setting: Hotel

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Computer terminal, Multi-line switchboard, Computerized reservation system, Windows

Specific Skills: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities, Respond to customer complaints, Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, Prepare marketing plans, Implement marketing activities, Enforce policies and procedures

Additional Skills: Recruit and hire staff, Supervise staff, Conduct performance reviews, Conduct training sessions, Perform front desk duties, Sell products and services, Research and produce brochures, Perform maintenance activities on buildings, property and equipment

Own Tools/Equipment: Cellular phone
