Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working nights. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $13.35 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Specific Skills: Weigh resins, colorants and other chemicals according to formulae, Write technical and inspection reports

Additional Skills: Monitor and inspect quality of material produced, Maintain records and inventory, Pack items for shipping and distribution, Knowledge of various plastic resins

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilites: Ability to distinguish between colours, Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail, Handling heavy loads, Fast-paced environment

Essential Skills: Problem solving, Continuous learning

Other Information: - Please note this is for an Assistant to Operator - Experience in a 24/7 environment is an asset - Must be able to work a rotating continental shift - Experience in plastic industry is an asset
