Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $15.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Ability to Supervise: 20 people or less, Staff in various areas of responsibility

Budgetary Responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000

Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Determine type of services to be offered, Control inventory, Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, Respond to customer complaints, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, Develop, implement and analyze budgets, Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Recruit and hire staff, Train staff, Conduct performance reviews, Supervise staff, Cost products and services
