Terms: This is a temporary, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be its, Vision Care Benefits per year for a 37 hour week.
Notes: bonus, and other benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Work Setting: Financial services

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, Electronic mail, Word processing software, Internet browser

Specific Skills: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Explain the type and cost of services offered, Receive and log complaints, Investigate complaints, Access and process information, Perform general office duties

Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Credit check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
