Terms: This is a temporary, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $14.30 per hour for a 37 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Work Setting: Private sector

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, MS Word, Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet browser

Typing (Words Per Minute): 41 - 60 wpm

Technical Terminology: Financial

Specific Skills: Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases, Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, Send and receive messages, Order supplies and maintain inventory, Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking

Other Information: should possess Intermediate PC skills.will be sitting in the office with the team.will also be answering the phone. professionalism when dealing with clients over the phone is very important.
