Terms: This is a permanent, part time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $18.00 per hour for a 21 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have some college or technical training.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Work Setting: Private sector

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Accounting software, Database software, Inventory control software, Internet browser

Specific Skills: Establish work priorities, Ensure deadlines are met, Ensure procedures are followed, Carry out administrative activities of establishment, Assemble data, Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence, Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures, Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
