Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $60,000.00 to $85,000.00 Y per year for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training, completed university.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Type of Architectural Experience: Commercial construction, Institutional construction

Specific Skills: Operate computer-assisted design systems, Assist in the development of architectural designs, Analyze technical documents and reports, Prepare working drawings, Write specifications, Prepare graphics and presentation drawings

Additional Skills: Estimate costs and materials, Prepare proposals, Supervise architectural technical staff, Monitor and inspect work

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail

Ability to Supervise: 4 people or less
