Terms: This is a permanent, full time job Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $12.00 per hour for a 37 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have some high school.

Specific Skills: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Arrange for billing for services, Receive payments, Issue receipts and other forms, Receive and log complaints, Investigate complaints, Perform general office duties

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available

Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Computer use

Other Information: Call center and/or collection experience will be an asset.
