Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends.

Salary: will be $28,000.00 to $32,000.00 per year for a 37 hour week.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Workers Supervised: Ticket takers

Specific Skills: Co-ordinate, assign, supervise and review activities of workers, Establish work schedules and procedures, Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, Resolve work related problems, Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies, Ensure safety of workers and guests

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Fast-paced environment, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people

Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing, Computer use

Other Information: Customer Service exp, Ticketing/Box Office exp, ticketing software exp. Supervisory exp. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
