Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Work Setting: Apartment/condominium complex

Specific Skills: Enforce regulations of establishments, Maintain order, Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed, Attend to persons with special needs, Control vehicular and pedestrian traffic, Respond to alarms, bomb threats and other emergencies, Detect or prevent thefts and vandalism, Write reports, Appear in court as witness

Other Information: The incumbent will be on-call 24 hours/day. A reduction in rental price may be negotiated as remuneration. The incumbent may make minor repairs and perform yard maintenance work if interested.
