Specific Skills: Apply waterproof coatings to concrete and masonry surfaces, Set up scaffolding, Repair or replace roofing systems, Inspect re-roofing

Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Safety glasses/goggles

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding

Work Site Environment: At heights
