Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Driver’s License.

Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress, Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements, Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities, Prepare reports

Additional Skills: Recruit, hire and supervise staff

Security and Safety: Bondable, Basic security clearance, Enhanced reliability security clearance, Confidential security clearance, Criminal record check, Driver’s validity license check

Own Tools/Equipment: Hard hat, Steel-toed safety boots
