Terms: This is a permanent, full time job Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $15.00 to $18.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Work Setting: Plastic products manufacturers

Supervisory Experience: Plastics processing machine operators, Plastic products assemblers, finishers and inspectors

Specific Skills: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products, Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units, Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality

Additional Skills: Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions, Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Safety glasses/goggles

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Work Site Environment: Noisy

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation

Ability to Supervise: 15 people or less
