Credentials required: The applicant should have Construction Trade Certification, First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, WHMIS, Driver’s License.

Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements, Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, Develop and implement quality control programs

Additional Skills: Recruit, hire and supervise staff, Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence
