Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists Examination, Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.

Work Setting: Rehabilitation centre, Private practice, Home care agency

Area of Practice: Vocational rehabilitation, Community occupational therapy

Specific Skills: Assess patients’ emotional and physical capabilities, Consult with physicians to confirm assessment, Develop and implement treatment programs, Evaluate treatment progress, Maintain clinical and progress reports, Conduct research in occupational therapy

Security and Safety: Driver’s validity licence check

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence
