Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Supervisory Experience: Food service counter attendants and food preparers

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

Additional Skills: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing, Continuous learning
