Food Specialties: Breads and rolls, Desserts and pastries, Wedding and specialty cakes, Cake decorating

Specific Skills: Prepare doughs and batters, Bake mixed dough and batters, Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods, Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards

Additional Skills: Maintain records and inventory

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Writing, Working with others, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing, Computer use
