Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet software, Excel, Accounting software, Simply Accounting, Internet browser

Type of Bookkeeping: Computerized

Specific Skills: Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, Post journal entries, Reconcile accounts, Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports, Control inventory

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Valid driver’s licence

Work Location Information: Urban area
