Staff Responsibility: 21 - 50

Specific Skills: Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations, Develop and implement marketing strategies, Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Customer service oriented
