Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $14.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Type of Equipment: Conventional oven, Rotary oven, Moulds, Automated mixer or processor

Food Specialties: Breads and rolls, Desserts and pastries, Wedding and specialty cakes

Specific Skills: Prepare doughs and batters, Bake mixed dough and batters, Prepare special orders, Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods, Draw up production schedules, Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, Inspect kitchen and food service areas

Additional Skills: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, Maintain records and inventory, Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff, Train staff
