Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $10.75 per hour for a 40 hour week.
Also: medical, RRSP benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Work Setting: Private sector

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Word processing software, Internet browser

Specific Skills: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Explain the type and cost of services offered, Sell merchandise, Receive payments, Receive and log complaints, Investigate complaints, Arrange for refunds and credits, Access and process information, Perform general office duties

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Public transportation is available
