Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training, completed university.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Oversee the leasing of facility space, Develop marketing and promotional strategies, Plan, organize and direct administrative services (signage, building and grounds maintenance, parking, etc.), Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical and other systems, Plan and manage budgets, Train staff, Arrange training for staff, Conduct performance reviews

Ability to Supervise: 10 people or less, Contractors, Staff in various areas of responsibility

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance, Criminal record check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, Own vehicle, Willing to travel regularly
