Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress, Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities, Prepare reports

Additional Skills: Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors

Security and Safety: Bondable, Driver’s validity license check

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, Willing to travel

Work Location Information: Various locations

Ability to Supervise: 10 people or less, Contractors
