Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends.

Salary: will be $10.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have some college.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have First Aid Certificate.

Children’s Ages: School age (6 - 12 years), Over 12 years

Work Setting: Employer’s home

Specific Skills: Supervise and care for children, Bathe, dress and feed infants and children, Prepare infants and children for rest periods, Help children with homework, Organize, activities such as games and outings for children, Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, Read to children, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties, Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, Take children to and from school and to appointments

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available

Work Location Information: Work in employer’s/client’s home

Essential Skills: Oral communication, Problem solving, Critical thinking

Other Information: $369.42 will be taken off monthly for room and board. Can speak Tagalog.
