Terms: This is a permanent, full time job Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training, completed university.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20

Budgetary Responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000

Work Setting: Finance and insurance

Specific Skills: Plan, organize and direct daily operations, Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems, Authorize the development of specifications for products or services, Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs, Oversee the analysis of data and information, Oversee the preparation of reports, Manage contracts

Additional Skills: Plan and control budget and expenditures, Hire, train, direct and motivate staff

Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check, Credit check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Large workload

Ability to Supervise: 1 to 2 people
