Specific Maintenance Activities: Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse, Empty waste containers, Work with minimal supervision

Equipment Operated/Used: Small tractors (lawn/snow removal attachments), Snowblowers

Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check, Driver’s validity licence check

Own Tools/Equipment: Safety equipment/gear

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Valid driver’s licence

Work Location Information: Urban area

Essential Skills: Reading text, Oral communication, Working with others, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory
