Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 Y per year for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic Trade Certification.

Type of Equipment Repair: Diesel powered automobiles, Heavy trucks, Heavy construction equipment, Bulldozers, Graders, Excavators

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Specific Skills: Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, Determine extent of repair required, Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, Test repaired equipment for proper performance, Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work, Service attachments and working tools

Languages: Other than English, the applicant should read French.
