Terms: This is a seasonal, part time job, which requires working days and weekends.

Salary: will be $12.00 to $18.00 per hour for a 20 hour week.

Experience: is an asset.

Work Setting: Landscape contractor, Landscape maintenance

Type of Machinery or Equipment: Weed trimmer/edger, Tractor, Pick-up truck, Small engine equipment

Specific Skills: Assist with landscape constructions, Weed, prune and trim trees and plants, Cut grass, Rake/ collect refuse, Remove litter and garbage, Cart and spread topsoil and other materials, Lay sod or seed, Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Work Site Environment: Outdoors

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence

Essential Skills: Reading text, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others

Other Information: Drivers license preferred but not essential.
