Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $10.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: the best part of a year.

Credentials required: The applicant should have First Aid Certificate.

Children’s Ages: Infant (3 months - 11 months), Kindergarten age (4 - 5 years)

Work Setting: Employer’s home

Specific Skills: Supervise and care for children, Help children with homework, Organize, activities such as games and outings for children, Read to children, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, Take children to and from school and to appointments

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available

Work Location Information: Room and board provided

Essential Skills: Reading text, Writing, Oral communication, Problem solving
