Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $26,000.00 Y per year for a 44 hour week.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Computerized reservation system, Keyboarding, Basic computer skills (will train), General office equipment

Customer Sales and Service Agent Specific Skills: Customer service oriented, Process money, cheque and credit/debit card payment, Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying), Work with minimal supervision, Process telephone calls

Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check, Driver’s validity licence check, Driving record check (abstract)

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Valid driver’s licence

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Computer use, Continuous learning
