Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be $18.00 to $30.00 per hour for a 45 hour week.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s License, First Aid Certificate, WHMIS.

Human Resources Responsibility: 1 - 5

Workers Supervised: Heavy equipment operators, except crane, Apprentices, Labourers

Major Work Area: Excavation, Grading

Type of Industry Experience: Construction

Specific Skills: Supervise workers and projects, Coordinate and schedule activities, Ensure adherence to safety standards

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Site Environment: Outdoors

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence

Ability to Supervise: 4 people or less

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing
