Terms: This is a casual, part time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Social Service Worker (SSW) Diploma, Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate, First Aid Certificate.

Work Setting: Group home

Target Groups or Clients: Male, Female, Persons with intellectual disabilities

Specific Skills: Provide personal services support to persons with special needs

Additional Skills: Administrative and office activities, Housekeeping activities, Food preparation

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence

Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract), Medical exam

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Continuous learning
