Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working evenings and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.
Notes: bonus, and other benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Work Setting: Women’s clothing store

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Point of sale system, Electronic mail, Basic computer skills (will train), Internet competency

Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20

Specific Skills: Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations, Manage staff and assign duties, Implement price and credits policies, Perform cash deposits, Balance daily transactions, Determine staffing requirements, Recruit and train staff, Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise, Customer service oriented

Security and Safety: Bondable

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available

Work Location Information: Urban area

Ability to Supervise: 10 people or less
