Work Setting: Retail establishment

Supervisory Experience: Retail salespersons and sales clerks

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers, Assign sales workers to duties, Sell merchandise, Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages

Own Tools/Equipment: Computer, Printer

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Ability to Supervise: 1 to 2 people

Essential Skills: Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing, Finding information, Computer use

Other Information: Located in the Pickering Town Centre.
