Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends.

Salary: will be $38,000.00 to $60,000.00 Y per year for a 44 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Electronic scheduler, Database software, Inventory control software, Basic computer skills (will train), General office equipment, Internet competency

Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20

Specific Skills: Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations, Manage staff and assign duties, Perform cash deposits, Balance daily transactions, Recruit and train staff, Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise, Customer service oriented

Security and Safety: Bondable, Driver’s validity licence check, Driving record check (abstract)

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Valid driver’s licence

Work Location Information: Urban area

Ability to Supervise: 10 people or less
