Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Machinist Trade Certification, Tool and Die Trade Certification.

Work Setting: Manufacturing plant, Custom machine shop

Type of Machine Experience: Conventional, Computer Numerical Control (CNC)

Specific Skills: Read and interpret blueprints, Operate and set up machines to perform repetitive machining operations, Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery, Enter codes specifying speed, feed and cut of the toolpath for computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools
